		<description>I think I must be turning into a Luddite -- I&#039;ll lay money down that the post-MySpace generation are going to have an attention span measured in milliseconds! Mine has degenerated to the point that I can&#039;t recall the last time I read anything in hardcopy from cover to cover, I read all my news in RSS feeds, I juggle working with constant e-mailing and IM&#039;ing, and I find even a one-hour TV show to be a commitment that needs forward planning...

So I think Tweets take information overload a step too far. &quot;Always connected, always on&quot; is the future, but I think you have a point that this kind of throwaway information just encourages procrastination, and in fact the cult of GTD would be non-existent were it not for the randomising effects of technologies of which Twitter must be considered the apotheosis (for now anyway).

Don&#039;t give me more information, give me better filters!</description>
